How to prepare a manuscript?
Use MS word and cambria font (size 12) to prepare manuscript with single column. The most important part of a manuscript is its title as it shows what your work is all about. The title should be brief and concise. Avoid to use "&" or symbol or abbreviations. The title is followed by author's name and affiliation. Multiple affiliation should be mentioned as superscript multiple numbers corresponding to institutions. Corresponding author should be marked as superscript * and Email id of corresponding author should be mentioned after all the names. For Example:
(a) In case of single author:
(b) In case of double authors:
(c) In case of multiple authors:
The research paper/review article should be divided into following headings:
1- Abstract: The abstract should briefly reflect all aspects of the study and main findings of the paper in not more than 200 words.
2- Keywords: 5-8 most appropriate keywords should be given just after abstract. Each keyword should be separated by “, ” (comma). All these words should be arranged alphabetically with first letter of each word in capital.
3- Introduction: It should be brief and highlight the aims, objectives and importance of the study. It should contain a brief review of published literature related to the paper. Extensive review of literature should be avoided.
4- Materials and Methods: All important materials used and methodology employed along with their source should be mentioned with proper citation. New innovative methods or substantially modified methods may be described in sufficient detail. The statistical method should be clearly stated.
5- Results and Discussion: The findings of the study should be clearly described in this section. It may be supported by tables, graphs, figures, photographs etc., wherever needed. All tables, graphs, figures and photographs must have a title or caption and a legend to make them self-explanatory. The results must be followed by discussion in the next paragraph. It should contain a very good interpretation by comparison with earlier research. It should be helpful in enhancing the current understanding of the subject.
6- Conclusion: This section is not mandatory for an article. However, it may be kept short with only the most essential outcome. It should also state the possibilities the results uncover, that need to be further explored.
7- Conflict of Interest: All authors are requested to disclose conflict of interest, if any including financial, personal or other relationships with other people or organizations that can influence their work.
8- Acknowledgements: All technical, intellectual and financial support should be properly acknowledged under this section.
9- References: In the body of text, citation consists of author's last name and year of publication. For example, in case of single author, it should be cited as Verma (2019); in case of two authors as Singh and Sharma (2017) and more than two authors as Prakash et al. (2018). The reference list should be ordered alphabetically by the last name of the first author of each work. A pattern of different categories of literature for listing is as following:
